We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Perishable goods such as grinding discs, Safety Shoes, Safety Helmets, Safety Belts, Body Harness, Welding Electrodes, Silicone/Acrylic Sealants or Drill bits, etc cannot be returned.
